Worked closely with DDB Tribal on GO Transit’s Customer Etiquette Campaign, which achieved 18 million Facebook and Twitter impressions, 12,000+ e-book downloads, increased positive conversation about transit etiquette by over 300%, had the highest voted-on Canadian Twitter poll of the year and won multiple CMA awards.
